Elite female athletes – Groundwork Athletics is here to support you! We are offering sponsored strength & conditioning to support female athletes who often lack consistent access to high-quality training environments, despite competing at the highest levels.
Who It’s For?
- Olympic athletes
- National team athletes
- Professional athletes
- Select high-level provincial athletes
Must be:
- Training in or based around Vancouver
- Actively competing or preparing for competition
What’s Included?
- Supervised/coached strength & conditioning sessions.
- Access to a private, high-performance training facility.
- Small group environment (6–8 athletes).
- Individualized programming (if needed).
- Ongoing coaching, technical support, and oversight.

Coaching
Led by Groundwork Athletics coaching staff, with direct oversight from:

– 25+ years experience in Strength and Conditioning
– MSc Exercise Physiology, University of British Columbia
– Bachelors of Kinesiology, University of British Columbia
Jon was the co-founder of Groundwork Athletics back in 2006. He has spent many years on the training floor coaching amateur and professional athletes.
Being a competitive athlete himself, he can appreciate the hard work and dedication required to be near the top of your sport.
